This isn't going to make any sense unless you've read the hundreds of comics before this.
But Eugene (eel) is a robot (I forgot why) and Peanut Eel, planted a brain control thing in his.. brain. But it didn't really work because Eugene is already a robot. Who got spat out by ... Godzilla.
